Admission and Fees

Little Moonbeams fee structure includes all meals, breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks. It also includes branded nappies/pull up's, wipes and formula milk.  All you need to bring is your child!

Little Moonbeams opens for 51 weeks of the year and will be closed for all public holidays as well as the period of time between Christmas and New Year - you will not pay for childcare during these periods.

FEES:

Session Places: Minimum two per week - 8:00am to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 6:00pm

Under 2's   £24.00    2-3 Years   £22.00   3-5 Years   £21.00

Day Places: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Under 2's   £39.00     2-3 Years  £37.00    3-5 Years  £34.00

Parents sending 2 or more children to the nursery will received a 5% discount on their fees.

Fees must be paid one month in advance by direct bank payment, cheque, cash, or voucher.

LATE COLLECTION

Late collection of children (after 1pm for the morning session and after 6:00pm for the afternoon session) will be charged at a rate of £10.00 for every 10 minutes. This is regrettable but must be levied to cover staff cost.

ILLNESS

During periods of illness fees will continue to be charged due to the need to maintain staff to child ratios.

HOLIDAYS

Each child and their family are able to take 2 weeks holiday within a 12 month period (January to December) at which time the fees will be reduced to 50% of the normally amount. (The child will not attend nursery during these periods) One months noice for any holiday taken is required.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of £50.00 is payable with the registration form to secure a place (subject to availability). This amount will be returned to you when your child leaves the nursery as long as your account has been settled in full.  If the booked place is not taken up the deposit is retained by Little Moonbeams Day Nursery.

NOTICE OF TERMINATION:

To withdraw your child from Little Moonbeams we require written notice a full calender month in advance.
